Psalms 12:3 May the Lord cut off their flattering lips
and silence their boastful tongues.
Praise God. Brethren in this last days we ought to be careful and prayerful.
Now we have brethren/neighbors that are deceitful.
They speak lies to us with their flattering lips and deceitful heart. For example, flattering others to get on their good side while talking poorly about them at their backs or feeling the opposite of what they are saying to the person in their heart, we need to be careful to identify these kind of people.
These kind of people are boastful (show off) a lot.
Their problem is self control, they can’t control their lips and their veil tongues from boasting.
Beloved most of us in the churches are like these people, even worst than them because we use our hearts to sow discord about other brethren.
Remember “There are six things the Lord hates, seven things he detests: haughty eyes,
a lying tongue, hands that kill the innocent, a heart that plots evil, feet that race to do wrong, a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family”.(proverbs 6:16:19).
Brethren let's not give in to this evil we say and do.
Our lips are our own who can stop us?”
Know that if no one on earth can stop you. God can.
Think before you talk.
T = Is it truthful?
H = Is it Helpful?
I = Is it Inspiring?
N = Is it Necessary?
K= Is it Kind?
If not....don't say it!!
Pray with this verse if you find yourself guilty, “Psalms 12:3 May the Lord cut off my flattering lips and silence my boastful tongues and input in me, the heart of Christ, In Jesus Mighty Name.
