Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Praise God. Being a christian means allowing Christ to take over everything about you. It is not a name or title.
Leaving your self desires to accept the desires of Christ.
Allowing your worldly desires to die so that Christ will reign in your life. Surrender all, I mean everything to Christ, live by faith in Christ.
Do not take the grace of God for granted.
Paul said in Galatians 2:21 "I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”
If righteousness can be gain through the adulterous law of worldly self desire let people think then Christ death is useless.
“Oh, foolish Galatians! Who has cast an evil spell on you? For the meaning of Jesus Christ’s death was made as clear to you as if you had seen a picture of his death on the cross.
Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Spirit because you believed the message you heard about Christ.
How foolish can you be? After starting your new lives in the Spirit, why are you now trying to become perfect by your own human effort? Galatians 3:1-3.
Beloved don’t compromise your Christian Faith for the worldly desires.
